Shipping Area

As a small business, I currently offer shipping only within Germany, the European Union, UK, US & Canada and I'm unable to provide worldwide shipping at this time.

Processing & Shipping

Each order is carefully packaged and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. Once packed, the package is handed over to the logistics partner.

Estimated Delivery Times

The following delivery times apply after the package has been handed over and do not include processing time:

  • Within Germany: Approximately 1-2 business days

  • Within Europe (EU): Approximately 2-3 business days

  • Within UK: Approximately 3-5 business days
  • Within US & Canada: Approximately 5-7 business days

Delivery times are based on the standard shipping estimates of our logistics partner in Germany and may be affected by factors such as peak seasons (e.g. Christmas) or extreme weather conditions.

Customs, Taxes, and Fees

Orders are not subject to customs fees. However, depending on the destination country, additional taxes or duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping fees.

Liability for Shipping Damages

If your order is damaged during shipping, I will take responsibility only if you provide confirmation of the damage from the shipping service provider. Please note that I cannot be held liable for any damages that occur after the package has been opened.

Important Notice

Once the package has been handed over to the logistics partner, I have no control over potential shipping delays. External factors such as high shipping volumes or severe weather may impact delivery times. Thank you for your understanding.
